"Not Recognizing the Critical Moment", "Miscounting", "Allowing a Removal of the Guard Tactic", - any of these sound familiar? There are several more that novices, beginners and intermediates commonly make. Heisman has talked about most of these before, but there are new examples and review of the basics is well-advised.
